It is so sardonic that despite all the efforts of the present administrative government of
Oyo State under the leadership of His Excellency; Engineer Seyi Makinde to make LAUTECH a great citadel of learning and to cub the incessant strike and delayed in the academic programmes of the student yet the institution management has turned themselves to the clog in the wheel of the progress of the relentless efforts of Governor Seyi Makinde.
The school management has only their own interest in mind at detriment of the students who even paid high tuition fee for their academics.
In January, Governor Seyi Makinde gave the institution staffs a Christmas bonus worth of #48million and it was so sad that because of improper sharing ratio amidst of the staff union the institution embarked on a two-three days strike that led to locking of the institution school gates leaving only the pedestrian gate opened. Should this be heard of?
The students welfarism is at stake here in LAUTECH. The managements are not concerned about their students any longer;
– WHY THE NO TUITION NO TEST POLICY?
– WHY THE NO TUITION NO EXAM POLICY?
– WHY PAYMENTS OF NON-ADMINISTRATIVE MONEY BEFORE COLLECTION OF YOUR SCHOOL PROPERTIES E.G I.D CARD?
– WHY THE COMPULSORY PAYMENTS OF MANUALS WHEN WE ALREADY HAVE A LIBRARY?
– WHY NO STUDENT UNION GOVERNMENT?
The management of the institution are just ruling the student with autocracy.
Is this how those in the management system now went to school then? Was this how they pay heavily for their schooling then? Did they compulsory buying of manuals for them?
LAUTECH students have nobody to cry to. We have nobody to run to.
We are helpless!
We are hopeless!
We are Nothing!
We are in pains!
We are in agonies!
WHO WILL LISTEN TO OUR CRY?
THE TUITION FEE IS HIGH, A LOT OF US ARE DROPPING OUT DUE TO NO TUITION NO TEST POLICY
WHO WILL BE OUR SAVIOUR!!!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
WE ARE NO LONGER AT EASE!!!
